What time should I arrive?

Guests should arrive at Seasons by 6:15 pm. Ceremony will begin at 6:30pm sharp, and the cocktail hour will be immediately following.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Our ceremony will take place outdoors with a stunning waterfall as the backdrop. No need to worry about your dancing shoes—the ground is paved! The cocktail hour and reception will be held indoors, but guests will also have the option to enjoy cocktail hour outside. In case of rain, both the ceremony and cocktail hour will be moved indoors.

What is the dress code?

We can't wait to celebrate in style with our favorite people! Our wedding dress code is cocktail attire—so feel free to get fancy with us. Kindly leave the jeans at home.

Is there parking on site?

Yes! Complimentary valet service will be provided for all guests, so you can simply pull up and enjoy the celebration.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

We’re having an unplugged ceremony and kindly ask that all phones and cameras be put away during this special moment. Don’t worry—our photographer will capture it all! Feel free to snap away during cocktail hour and the reception.

Do you have a hotel block for guests?

Yes! We’ve reserved a hotel block for our guests, but rooms are limited—so be sure to book early. You can find all the details under the Travel section of our website.

Will there be a shuttle to and from the hotel?

Yes! Shuttle service will be provided to and from the hotel for your convenience.

Will there be meal options for guests with dietary restrictions or food allergies?

Absolutely! Seasons is very flexible and happy to accommodate any dietary needs or allergies. Just let us know when you RSVP.

Is the venue handicap accessible?

Yes! The venue has a ramp for easy access, and valet service will be available to assist all guests upon arrival.
